Description

DPW-Citizen states that main tree is leaning against the wires about fall behind 2615 Fendall Ave, right next a sidewalk. Citizen says if walking down sidewalk you NOT SEE IT. Citizen states he feels someone is going to get hurt, it is definitely an emergency.
