Description

URGENT: A large, vertical tree branch split in half a few days ago. One half fell while the other half is jutting straight up into some electrical lines. It looks very precarious and could fall into the electrical lines very soon, given strong enough winds. I considered the emergency number but I think that this is just shy of an emergency, though it is definitely urgent.
