Description
At the intersection of Hull Street Road and Greystone Drive, there is existing Restricted Crossing U-Turn (J-Turn) that needs to be expanded so that there is no way motorist can still travel through the J-Turn to make left turns or cut through the J-Turn to get to Greystone Drive or Southside Plaza.
