Description
At the corner of North Huguenot Road and Chippenham Road where the traffic light faces the Northbound Chippenham Parkway Exit, the traffic light arm that holds the second (2nd) traffic left arrow green light should be replaced with a regular green light signal because the first (1st) traffic light already has a upward green arrow light and left arrow green light together.
