Description
We have someone in a wheelchair coming and going that needs access to the full width of the sidewalk to maneuver from the car to the house. the large hole makes that extremely difficult at the moment. The sidewalk is not ADA compliant and makes it dangerous for those in wheelchairs. The bricks were tore up by the city to access the water main hatch (which is a tripping hazard in itself) and the city never put the bricks back after they were done.
