    The average speed on Stockton St between Belt Blvd and Mayhew St measured 12mph in the 25mph zone. The speed samples are in general compliance with the 25-mph speed for residential streets. Speed tables are not planned. Besides the stop sign at Belt Blvd, Stockton St also stops at Spaine St and at McGuire St in this street section.
