Description
Caller is calling back because he disagrees with the comments that was left in reference to the tree not needing maintenance; he is requesting that if possible the arborist look at the tree with him to understand why the tree seems to be ok with the arborist while to him the tree is damaged and looks unhealthy. Previous SR# closed DPW000204248.
