Description
The recent utility work on this part of Malvern has torn up both the bike lanes and the bollards meant to indicate separation between the bike lanes and the roadway, forcing cyclists to ride in the one lane of traffic currently available. Hard to tell if the workers are coming back to smooth out the asphalt that they've filled in the trenches with, but in its current state, it has become unusable.
