Description

This tree has a very large limb sagging right over the staircase entrance to the home at 413 N. Davis Ave. And has also grown enough that the upper limbs are touching and pushed up underneath the roof of the home at 413 N. Davis Ave. causing some moisture issues in gutter and fascia. How do I go about getting the city to prune tne tree or get a private company to prune a city tree?
