- Staff · June 23, 2025DPW must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. The intersection of T St and N. 22nd St does not meet the MUTCD traffic requirements for an all-way stop. 2nd St at T St has stop signs and stop bars on each approach. No Parking signs are installed on T St in three corners, and a fire hydrant is on the other corner where it’s illegal to park. These parking restrictions enhance intersection sight distance. No additional measures are planned.
