Description
There is a deep channel in the pavement going across the southbound lane of Chamberlayne Ave right before the intersection with Westbrook, I believe left there from utility work but tums was MONTHS ago. Every time a truck hits it, there is a loud bang and the whole house shakes, enough to wake us up and worry about long term damage to our home
