Description

Sidewalk has been lifted up by tree roots and is a HIGH trip factor. I submitted this request before and there has been NO resolution. Why upgrade the sidewalk crosswalks when a disabled person cannot use the sidewalk for fear of tripping at this dangerous section? Enclosed a photo. People walk in the street to avoid this
