- Staff · June 23, 2025Thank you for bringing your concern regarding the sidewalk condition at 2901 W Cary Street to our attention. We have investigated the issue and confirmed that several parking barriers associated with the adjacent business were encroaching into the sidewalk area, creating a potential tripping hazard. Our inspector has spoken directly with the business manager to inform them of the concern and instructed that the barriers be repositioned to eliminate the obstruction. We will continue to monitor the location to ensure that appropriate corrective actions are taken and maintained moving forward.
