Description
City garbage collection vehicles left behind substantial amounts of trash and fluid during collection. City garbage collection made no effort to properly clean up during collection. This has led to significant odor in the alley that far exceeds what was present before collection occurred. Two photos show large piles of trash left behind by collectors. Two timestamped photos show before and after from garbage truck collecting trash.
