Description
The city owned public alley behind 4102 Castlewood Road is completely blocked at one end due to overgrown vegetation and trees. This vegetation growth has also overtaken the city owned public lighting on the alley's light pole rendering the light unseen or perhaps broken. Please see the attached pictures for proof of the severity of the problem. The City's target for providing meaningful updates to citizens is 7 business days. I have not received a meaningful update on the status of request PW000206876. I can see that a Comment added on June 19, 2025 10:00 AM by Field Engineer Cityworks ID: 559339. Please show this comment and provide a meaningful update to me, the citizen, on this important matter.
