Description
The alley behind yeshiva of virginia has been repaired so many times we are now repairing the repairs of past repairs. Its time to peel up the repairs and repave the alley itself. Much of the issue arises from condensate run off of the ac systems at the business there soaking the crumbling pavement base which then collapses. The other major source of damage is the verizon telephone trucks using the alley. As a business owner who has parking off that alley I get regular complaints.
