Description
Not sure how to report this, but there's a tent pitched in the small median area between 95 entrance ramps. If you're entering 95 from westbound Broad right there at MCV, the tent is to your left as you're entering the ramp. I haven't seen any activity out there in a few days; might need a welfare check. It's also in a very unsafe spot as it's extremely close to oncoming traffic.
