Description

The personnel on the garbage collection trucks are no longer coming into the alley behind the house to pick up the green trash can from this location. Trash in this green trash can frequently accumulates week after week until it overflows. The elderly residents of this home have been living in this home for 50 plus years and for 50 plus years the garbage collectors would drive down the alley and pick up the trash can from behind this house. However, recently this collection stopped.
