Description

Caller states this large COR tree keeps dropping branches and limbs; this is her neighbor's address she states her neighbor is now is a facility. And he has been getting someone to maintain the property/address but wasn't aware of the branches/limbs the tree has been dropping. Also the tree is pushing up the sidewalk.
