Description

The alley located between the 1200 block of Brookland Parkway and the 1200 block of Whitby Road Richmond, Va. 23227 is in desperate need of resurfacing. The potholes are now unavoidable. Every resident of the 1200 block of Brookland Parkway use the alley to park in the rear of our homes due to limited parking on Brookland Parkway. It would be appreciated if this alleyway could be paved.
