Description
The large tree at the corner of W. Lancaster and North Avenue is a danger to pedestrains. It's roots are coming up out of the ground, and uprooting the pavement.Limbs are constany falling and with every storm that comes throygh it get more dangerous.Neighbors have complained about this tree for at least 10 years.
