Description
These trash & recycling bins are always blocking the side walk & are in the road. Also, as per attached photos, trash is thrown on the side walk/road. I think there is a City Rule that says these need to be off the side walk / road and only out out when the trash is collected [each Wednesday]. This currently is permanent & has been for many months.
