Description
I submitted a request about a year ago as the tree in front of 3016 Stuart looks partially dead, but every time it was untouched and just the trees around it were maintained. It’s now been dropping large limbs during storms the past few months and looks half dead when other trees are filled with leaves. Images attached are from May and June when larger limbs fell - note this tree is over where people commonly park. There’s broken limbs in the tree waiting to fall too.
