Description
Ugly Graffiti on my fence recently added: green grass seen in the photo is owned by a church that uses it for parking for services: church is opposite the fence: this entire area is covered with the same ugly graffiti. [Please see attached 3rd photo of my neighbor's unit that is in the ally [316 West Marshall St]. Please note that my fence with the graffiti is on N Monroe Street.
