citizen calling to check on no parking sign closed due to road closed due pavement but parking is limited because of the construction right now but cars are parked on the grassy areas along side the home and he is unable to keep the grassy area mowed because of cars parking there...Caller is requesting no parking signs to place in the alley adjacent to this address.
