Description
The block in front of my house was repaved after repairs were made to water and gas utility lines in 2024. The pavement was extremely thin, about 1/2 inch thick, and was placed over compacted earth and not a gravel base. This pavement is crumbling, releasing small stone aggregate. In addition, the crown of the street is too high, making it difficult for cars turning into or from the Woodland Heights Baptist Church alley/parking lot to scrape front spoilers or underframes.
