    The average speed on Parkwood approaching Allen Ave measured 21mph in a 25mph zone. Speed tables are not planned. Parkwood Ave has No Parking signs on the corners at Allen Ave to enhance intersection sight distance. DMV shows a pattern of ‘angle’ type crashes therefore DPW will install an ‘intersection ahead’ sign on Parkwood upstream of Allen.
