Description
Citizen called says city was out replacing the gas lines for each building and one section of concrete 2x6 behind the building of 401 Libbie was damaged because in order to access the gas lines a small section of the sidewalk was removed and was supposed to be repaired once everything settles. Requesting for concrete to be repaired.

- Staff · June 20, 2025This location was inspected on 6/20/25. I spoke with citizen who works at this location who stated that contractors replaced gas lines behind the business. There is a section of concrete missing that the contractors hasn’t repaired. This location will be repaired with the rating system and safety hazard concerns.
