Description
Tree overgrowth blocking sidewalk on Mosby St side of 1905 cedar St building. Accessibility issues. Additionally, down branch on cedar St side of building is hanging off tree after storm, risk of damage to cars if storm with high winds occurs again.

- Staff · September 3, 2025Property manager called in response to Notice, saying his staff were supposed to leave maintenance to City arborists. Emailed Sam Lilly to check this .... Mr. Lilly confirmed that these are Street Trees, just not in the inventory because developer planted them per Zoning requirement. Referring to UF.
