Description
My street was recently repaved. Now blacktop is 6+ inches higher than unpaved parking spots/area. There's a large curb to pass over to park cars. It is easy to trip and fall given this large curb. We have old people and children on this block. Also, water drainage may be problematic. A crew manager on site told me to submit a request to RVA 311 for problem solving. I believe gravel should be placed to make blacktop and parking area even – to prevent any likely falls and injury. Thank you.
