Comments
- Staff · June 13, 2025Cityworks ID: 558885
- Staff · June 16, 2025DPW must perform engineering studies in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. The intersection of Hanover Ave and Rowland St does not meet the traffic requirements of the MUTCD for all-way stops. The average speed on Rowland St near Hanover Ave is 12mph. The blocks in this area measure about 400’ between stop signs. Speed tables are not planned.
