Description

There are two areas of curbing/sidewalk access that are cracked and lifted several inches above the adjacent curbing/sidewalk access. One is in front of 374 Lexington, the other is in front of 372 Lexington. They have already been trip hazards for residents and neighbors.

    Citizen called back advising ticket had been closed due to "damage not being present at location" but citizen has sent in photos of the damage which is present at that location. Escalating up to 311 management to see if we can get some clarity.
