Description
Ramp full of water because the new asphalt has a high lip blocking it from draining. A leaking water meter at 416 S Pine (reported via phone) is causing water to run down the street and this is filling up the ramp. This is not the only ramp in the neighborhood with this problem due to the new asphalt blocking drainage; but it one of those with current standing water. This creates a barrier to anyone in a wheelchair needing to cross the street. Leaking 416 S Pine St water meter also shown.
