Description
Vehicles speed down E Blake Ln despite it being adjacent to an elementary school (Swansboro) with lots of pedestrian traffic. There are numerous speed control measures on the adjacent side (E 32nd St) of the school, and on the main throughfare (Midlothian Turnpike); however, none from 37 E Blake Ln to 1 E Blake Ln resulting in several accidents and a total loss of at no less than 2 personal vehicles in 2 years. Seems in need of at least 2 speed bumps in the aforementioned area.
