Description
Roaches are infesting the tree. Treatment has been unsuccessful. The side walk and the cement skirt in the street has lifted causing water to sit at the tree making it impossible to expel the roaches. The side walk is a tripping hazard to the many that walk past. The tree is covered in lichen indicating it may be unhealthy. Also the root system has spread onto the lawn, at and/or near the sewer/water/gas line. Please remove the tree and stump before it does serious damage to the utility lines.
