Description
Potholes are present all throughout the parking lot at Great Shiplock Park off of Pear Street and adjacent to the James River Association. The first major pothole is at the entrance of the lot, and it poses a serious risk to pedestrians, bikers and vehicles. Repairs have been made annually by parks staff, but the pothole continues to get worse.
