Description
Not sure who is responsible for the trees and shrubs in the alley between 1201 and 1217 N 19th street and the same addresses on N 20th street but everything is so over grown residents cannot drive down the alley, park in designated parking areas or access backyard fences in many areas. Overflowing trash, pests and dumping of random items has now occured. The alley lights are also blocked so it is incredibly dark and unsafe to navigate.
