Description
states there is overgrowth of trees/bushes there's new growth a branches at the base that obstruct the view of cars coming East on Forest Hill Ave. looks like a shrub coming from the bottom of the tree. And then on 43rd St turning W on the left looks like there's a smaller tree that has a trunk that was broken that is starting to spread growth that is on the right of way that is blocking the view of traffic. states both directions have obscured line of sight. They need to be prune

This is across from 43rd St looking E on Forest Hill Ave. This shrub is in the right of way standing alone by itself.
