WILL THE CITY COME AND MAINTAIN THE SIDEWALKS ON 31ST BETWEEN CLAY AND MARSHALL? IT IS COMPLETELY OVERGROWN AND THE BRICKS ARE UNEVEN. PLUS, THERE IS A TREE THAT IS 1/2 WAY DEAD IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE.
