Thank you for bringing the utility line concern behind 409 N. 33rd Street to our attention. We have initiated an investigation to determine the responsible party and have confirmed that Dominion Energy is not the owner of the line in question. Their team has thoroughly reviewed the matter and verified that all Dominion equipment in the area is in proper condition and unrelated to the issue. At this time, we believe the line may belong to either Comcast or Verizon, and we are continuing to coordinate with those providers to confirm ownership and ensure appropriate follow-up action is taken. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter.
