Description
Please provide a traffic calming assessment at 10th and Bainbridge. THe previous reply I received said the average speed was 24. When was that done? My family has lived here for 6 years and the assessment revealed 35 miles as average. The speed bump was placed at 1200 Bainbridge but only slows traffic on that block. Forest Hill, Semmes, Main St. have speed bumps and they are emergency lanes too. 919 Bainbridge could use one as cars race up and down the hill. Residential hood, Preschool near.
