    Stuart Ave between Three Chopt Rd and Orchard Rd stops at Three Chopt Rd, Ripley Ave, Honaker Ave and Chantecler Ave. The average speed range on Stuart Ave measured between 7mph and 12mph in a 25mph zone. Speed tables are not currently planned.
