Description

This street is damaged and dangerous. Needs traffic calming including speedhumps and neck downs. Sit outside at Beauvine and see how many near misses happen in an hour. Cars dont stop for people crossing and cars on plum cant see tbe speeding drivers on main who feel like they can go well over the speed limit since its two wide one way lanes. Richmond deserves better than this car sewer.
