Description
Concrete slab is cracked and unleveled causing a tripping hazard. Current state of disrepair impedes pedestrians using wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers. I have cited immediate danger due to witnessing a toddler trip over the uneven surface and skin her knee today. The damaged area spans 11 slabs and roughly 30-40 feet, and has been in this state since at least 2014.
