Description

On Overbook ave, just before chamberlayne ave, the sidewalk is non-existent. Just vegetation, rocks, and tree roots. Many people in the northside walk down that street with strollers due to the mutliple daycare centers in that area. It would be wonderful to be stroller-friendly.
