Description
Traffic signal programming is faulty. It used to work correctly and use the magnetic car sensors. It is currently default set to having a green light coming out of windsor farms neighborhood instead of on Cary st. This malfunction causes increased backups and delays. The light was programmed correctly at one point where it was green on cary street going both ways. Then when a car would come down Malvern the sensors would activate and allow the cars to cross the main roads or turn left.
