Description
The owners of 1509 Westover Hills Blvd are blocking the alley with large sections of downed tree. They have been there for weeks. As a result, all vehicular traffic has been pushed toward the side yard of 4716 Sylvan, tearing up the alley and that property. Can someone from the City please demand that they move them? And the alley also needs repair.
