Description
N 31st at Nine Mile Rd is angled at such a way that a left turn is very difficult due to both the angle and the flow of traffic that makes a left onto 31st to go South. This backs up northbound traffic. There are other ways to make a left onto Nine Mile from other streets like 30th, 28th, etc… We should prohibit a left turn at that intersection and only allow vehickes to make a right hand turn onto Nine Mile
Details

- Staff · June 4, 2025Turn restrictions are not currently planned at the intersection of Nine Mile Rd and 31st St. DMV had no reported crashes for the latest three-year period (1.1.22 – 12.31.24). The traffic signal at Nine Mile Rd and Creighton Rd should provide some gaps for left turning vehicles.
