Description

A private residence has installed their own "Resident Parking Only- violators will be towed" sign on a public street to reserve parking for themselves. This is affecting parking for local businesses as well as other residents. There is no permit parking on this street, as it is a public street. This sign is NOT from the City of Richmond.
