Citizen states that at this location cars are speeding through this area; there is a crosswalk with no sign and a Yield pavement marking but cars are not abiding; requests a speed hump

- Staff · June 4, 2025DMV had no reported pedestrian crashes for the latest eight-year period (1.1.17 – 12.31.24) at the crosswalk at Stuart Ave and Granby St therefore pedestrian warning signs are not currently planned. The average speed range on Park Ave and on Stuart Ave between Meadow St and Allen St was 15-17mph in the 25mph zone. Speed tables are not currently planned. Contact the Richmond Police Department (804.646.5100) to report vehicles not yielding at the yield sign.
